Viva is an internal staff schedule app used only by employees of AID JAPAN CO., LTD. and its partner villas in Niseko. There is no public sign-up; accounts are created by the company's administrators.
What we store: your name, department, role, login name or work email; your planned shifts and day status (off, sick); your clock-in, break and clock-out times; and, for staff who manage rooms, guest stay details (guest name, number of guests, dates) entered by authorised staff.
What we do not collect: location (no GPS), contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or tracking. The app has no ads and shares no data with third parties for marketing.
Why: to plan shifts, show who is working, record working times and prepare villa service.
Who can see it: people in your department see your schedule; managers and administrators see all schedules; clock times are visible only to you and administrators; guest details only to staff allowed to see them. Sick days are shown only to managers and administrators.
Where and how long: data is stored on Google Cloud in Tokyo, Japan, encrypted in transit. Clock-in records and the change history are kept 5 years and then deleted automatically.
Your rights: ask your manager or the administrator to see, correct or delete your data, or contact the company below.

Viva は、AID JAPAN 株式会社とニセコの提携ヴィラの従業員だけが使う社内のシフト管理アプリです。一般の登録はできません。アカウントは会社の管理者が作成します。
保存する情報: 氏名、部署、役割、ログイン名または仕事用メール、予定のシフトと休み・病欠、出勤・休憩・退勤の時刻、権限のあるスタッフが入力した宿泊ゲストの情報(氏名、人数、日付)。
集めない情報: 位置情報(GPSなし)、連絡先、写真、広告ID、トラッキング。広告はなく、マーケティング目的で第三者に渡すことはありません。
目的: シフトの作成、勤務者の表示、勤務時間の記録、ヴィラのサービス準備のため。
見られる人: 同じ部署の人はあなたの予定を、マネージャーと管理者は全員の予定を見られます。出退勤の時刻は本人と管理者だけ、ゲスト情報は権限のある人だけが見られます。病欠はマネージャーと管理者だけに表示されます。
保存場所と期間: Google Cloud(日本・東京)に保存し、通信は暗号化されます。出退勤の記録と変更の履歴は5年間保存し、その後自動で削除します。
